German duo Marco Resmann and Norman Weber, better known as Luna City Express, are all about raising the roof… preferably all the way to outer space. There’s a reason why the house producers’ avatars are shown blissfully dancing on the moon on the cover of their brand new album Lunation. As the musicians say, the record “plays out like a party in the cosmos.”

Judging by the groovy track “Downtown Berlin,” you’re better off finding yourself a space suit and finding it quick — this is one party you don’t want to miss. But let’s hear it from the intergalactic party hosts themselves: “'Downtown Berlin' is one of the older album tunes. It exists since more than two years and was the track which inspired us to start with a second album ‘cause it was clear that this kind of music belongs on a long-player. It's a very simple but powerful downbeat track with some dirty and funky keys played by our Dutch friend Floris aka Flowing.”
