Kristen Bell, Halsey, Brandon Flowers and more join the U2 frontman on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live.'
With World AIDS Day two weeks away, Bono is hard at work to get people to donate to his charity (RED). And last night (November 22), he brought Kristen Bell, Halsey, The Killers' Brandon Flowers, Neil Patrick Harris, Channing Tatum, Julia Roberts and DJ Khaled to Jimmy Kimmel Live to perform the original holiday tune, "We're Going to Hell."
Brandon played the piano while Neil Patrick and Channing had a tap dance battle on carpet. And to top it all off, Bono rolls onto the stage in a bathtub and is dressed like some kind of demon.
So how did singing about going to hell become the next big Christmas song? Jimmy Kimmel, who kicked off the performance, teamed up with Brandon to write the tune.
"I wrote that line," Jimmy revealed to Billboard regarding the song's big lyric. "But that's true — if you don't help people with AIDS you are going to hell, and that seems like a good enough reason to help alone. I mean, just think of yourselves."
