Lil Wayne is one of the biggest rappers in music right now. And due to his success, the New Orleans artists doesn't think the Black Lives Matter movement affects him.

In an interview with ABC's Nightline, he was confused by reporter Lindsey Davis' questions regarding social issues and remarked, "I don't feel connected to a damn thing that ain't got nothin' to do with me."

He then went on to say, " I'm a young black rich motherfucker. If that don’t let you know that America understand."
