Gorillaz fans may not have to wait too much longer for a new record. Damon Albarn reportedly said that there was "two weeks left of recording and the album’s finished," according to a source on Reddit (via Consequence of Sound).

This news follows Gorillaz co-founder Jamie Hewlett's earlier remarks that the new record will drop in 2017.
