Robin Thicke's new track, "Deep," is full of his fluid vocals and a smooth groove. However, it takes on different feel when Nas gets on the mic to deliver the opening verse. Without a beat, he spits rhymes that break down his thoughts on how African-Americans and police relations have been lately. And it takes a personal turn when he even includes a few lines about what he tells his own son.

"And they ask me why you ain't smiling Nas/ Because I have a son and I die inside when I've gotta tell him what was told to me/ Can't play with your water gun, son, 'cause the police see a 7-year-old as a threat/ They think it’s right to kill a 7-year-old on sight 'cause he ain't white." Nas delivers passionately.
