Despite Oscar snub, Wiz's collab with Charlie Puth took top honors on January 17.
If there was one song you surely heard on repeat in 2015, it was "See You Again" by Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth. Despite the high rotation, the track lost to Sam Smith's "Writing's on the Wall" for Best Original Song at the 2016 Golden Globe Awards and didn't get a nomination for this year's Academy Awards.
Despite the snubs, the two did pick up a win at the Critics' Choice Awards last night (January 17) for Best Song.
And Charlie was grateful for the victory and expressed it simply on Twitter.
Critics Choice Awards. Thank you.
