She says he could have survived, had Porsche not skimped on safety features.

Paul Walker's daughter, Meadow, has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Porsche. Paul and friend Roger Rodas died two years ago in a car crash while riding a Porsche Carrera GT; meanwhile the lawsuit claims that, had Porsche not skimped on safety features for this model, the Fast and Furious star would have survived.

The lawsuit claims that Paul's shoulder belt anchor was yanked back with the rear engine compartment, breaking his ribs and pelvis, and that its fuel hose tore to cause the fire that made his body unrecognizable. It also alleges that, despite the Carrera GT costing $450,000, its side door reinforcement bars were of weaker material than that of a Honda Civic.

Los Angeles police said that the cause of death was the speed that Roger was driving, which was estimated to be up to 93 miles per hour. Meadow's lawsuit claims that the vehicle was actually going between 63 to 71 miles per hour.

Meadow's attorney says that she filed this lawsuit "with great reluctance."

"She's a teenage girl who is still dealing with the tragic loss of her father," the statement says. "The bottom line is that the Porsche Carrera GT is a dangerous car. It doesn't belong on the street."
