Baby Spice plays down a report, but then teases fans.

Are the Spice Girls reuniting? Yesterday, The Sun reported that the group has an international 20th anniversary tour planned for 2016, though without Victoria Beckham as Posh Spice. ("She is far too busy running her fashion brand and looking after her family to get back on a stage," an "insider" told the tabloid.) Today, Emma Bunton—you know her as Baby Spice—responded to the headlines.

"I promise you: If anything is in contract, if anything is concrete and is happening, I will let you know," she said on Heart London, where she's a morning co-host. "But it's just, nothing is happening at the moment. Now, let's play some Jason Derulo."

Off Twitter, however, Bunton asked if she needed to start wearing pigtails again. She was responding to Melanie Chisholm, or Sporty Spice, who wondered if she should start practicing her backflips. Then she retweeted the Sun reporter behind the story, who said, "And a note from me to people saying Emma 'denied' story this AM. She didn't. But no official announcement will come until later this year." See below.
