Miley Cyrus has done it again. Everybody's favorite bad girl is featured in a pretty risqué spread for W that features her, along with model girlfriend Stella Maxwell and a bunch of other beautiful people, at what appears to be an '80s-themed VIP party.

The editorial—shot by photography duo Mert & Marcus—shows Miley and Stella shoving cake in each other's faces (while covered in glitter, of course) and other fashion industry folk including Paris Hilton, Joan Smalls, and Emily Ratajkowski partying like it's 1989.
