Prince is being a tease. Today he dropped "Stare," a flirty, funk-lite jam where he suggests doing "second base, first"—a nice surprise. (He even samples "Kiss," a 1986 song of his that hasn't aged a bit.) What is weird is where Prince dropped the song.
