"You gettin' bodied by a singing n**ga," Drake raps to Meek. Is he, though?

Drake dropped a second Meek Mill diss before Meek could even respond to the first. While Drake first claimed to be "Charged Up" over Meek, who accused him of not writing his rap lyrics, he does get more specific in "Back to Back." His most pointed jab discusses Meek's opening slot on girlfriend Nicki Minaj's Pinkprint Tour: "You love her, then you gotta get a world tour / Is that a world tour or your girl's tour / I know that you gotta be a thug for her / This ain't what she meant when she told you to open up more."

Mostly, though, Drake just seems irritated; off the jump, you get the sense that he'd rather not deal with Meek's allegations altogether. "When I look back, I may be mad that I gave some attention / but it's weighing heavily on my conscience / And fuck, you left the boy no options." He also doesn't deny Meek's claims that he didn't write his guest "R.I.C.O." verse—the root of this beef. Instead, he defaults to the "you're just jealous" argument, as in, "This for y'all who don't think I write enough / They just mad that I got the Midas touch."
