Over the weekend, gamers from all over the world converged at the Bally's/Paris Casino in Las Vegas to fight each other (virtually, of course) at the Evolution Championship Series. The three-day long event is the largest and longest-running fighting-game tournament in the world, and for that it's also become a hotbed of promo activity for companies.

This year's big reveal? An epic new Street Fighter character named Necalli. 

 The "warrior" character will be featured in Street Fighter V, which is slated for a March 2016 release, and according to an official press release "Utilizes a wild, animalistic fighting style to brutalize his opponents. There’s no finesse here as all of his attacks have been forged through the heat of battle to inflict maximum pain upon his opponents." 

Sounds pretty intense to us, but what's even more intense is his resemblance to Khal Drogo. Capcom's animators must have been bing-watching the first couple seasons of Games of Thrones while conceptualizing this guy.
