What you gonna wear?

Director Paul Feig has been dropping hints on Twitter about what's to come in the 2016 Ghostbusters remake. On Monday, the director tweeted a photo of the all-female cast's new uniforms, complete with tags for each respective star—Leslie Jones, Kate McKinnon, Kristen Wiig and Melissa McCarthy—and the caption "#whatyougonnawear." Insert squealing here.

But it appears that's not all Feig had to say, because he returned to Twitter Tuesday to share a photo of what may be the new movie's retro proton pack—aka what the Ghostbusters use to help catch the bad guys.

The new film was originally slated to be led by the series' original director Ivan Reitman with cast members Dan Aykroyd, Harold Ramis and Ernie Hudson reprising their original roles. But when Reitman bowed out after Ramis' death in 2014, Feig was brought on board and ended up coming up with an entirely new idea: replacing the cast with all women.

The remake is still in filming, but is scheduled to hit theaters on July 22, 2016 and show women ain't afraid of no ghosts either.
