It's been 11 years since the theatrical premiere of Mean Girls, but it's still everywhere: T-shirts, references, GIFs, memes—it's definitely secured itself as a piece of 2000s pop culture history.

Luckily for us, the film has just released a new-to-us deleted scene that really changes up how we should view ultimate Mean Girl, Queen Bee of the Plastics Regina George (Rachel McAdams).

Up until this point, Cady (Lindsay Lohan) and Regina still hadn't made up. The two got into an altercation in the street after Regina tricked the entire school into believing that Cady and the rest of the Plastics were the sole perpetrators behind the infamous Burn Book—which resulted in Regina getting plowed down by a school bus.

In the scene below, Regina and Cady come to terms with each other, and the viewer walks away with a little bit more of an understanding of Regina.
