Over the weekend, Drake brought a little bit of Toronto to the City of Angels by launching a pop-up shop for his October's Very Own label in LA. The shop stands next to streetwear stalwarts like Stussy and Undefeated, but most importantly it's on La Brea Ave, not too far from his beloved Beverly Center… Packed with OVO branded goodies from beanies to hoodies and, of course, the omnipresent golden owl hieroglyph, there was no shortage of Drake-related items for shoppers, many who showed up already decked out in Drake-themed apparel.

While the shop will run until the end of the month, opening day brought out a massive crowd of Drake faithfuls looking to score some goods and maybe see the man himself. The line to get inside topped out at two-hours, so we weaved through the crowd to catch up with loyal shoppers while they waited and after they'd scored inside. Fly to Toronto so he could show me around, maybe visit some of my family in Canada, definitely go around Toronto - have him show me around. I would be so interested to just talk to him and kick it, nothing too extravagant because I'm such a big fan. I work at Universal Music Group so I'm on the industry side of things, so I'd love to connect on that level.

If you were to get matching tattoos with Drake, what would you get? Something Dubs or Steph Curry related because I'm from the Bay Area and he refers to him a lot in his songs, so we for sure have to bond over that.

Different lyrics relate to different times. Back in the day, "World Series attitude, champagne bottle life" from "Miss Me" - that just has to do with having a championship mentality, but poplin' bottles, partying and having a good time too… It just depends.

How would you spend a Saturday afternoon with Drake: I would want to go to the safe house in Calabasas and see what the ladies are like.
