Drake has a reputation for putting out songs that immediately go on heavy rotation, and that's especially true for his latest, "Hotline Bling."

Created by Director X, the clip starts with an office housing phone sex operators who are all dressed casually in tight jeans and pale pink cropped tees. But things change gear when we find out the video's main focus is Drake—rocking jeans, a tee and oversized down jacket and getting down in a number of neon-lit sets.

Of course, no Drizzy visual would be complete without the inclusion of more hot women winding down and showing off their assets. However, Drake makes sure our attentions are focused on him, his emotional lyrical delivery and that hip-swaying choreography.

No matter how you feel about this tune, this is a video that shouldn't be missed.
