According to Jonny Greenwood yes, yes it has.
There's been a lot of talk about the status of Radiohead's new record, and today Jonny Greenwood has confirmed that the band has in fact finished recording album. Er, at least, that's what we think he said.
So here's the deal, this information was divulged during an interview with Silver Rain—a Russian radio station—and we have to admit our Russian is a little rusty. But with the power of Google translate, this post from the station was (very) roughly translated, pulling this Russian/English hybrid quote from the guitarist: ""We have finished recording the new album, but we keep it pereslushivaem and change their views on the recorded material. We hope that soon we will have exactly finish it and start to build plans for a concert tour next year."
Again, pretty loose translation, but we're just going to focus on that first phrase: "We have finished recording the new album." Pretty exciting, considering this will be the band's first album since 2011's King of Limbs. So Radiohead fans, you've got something to look forward to. And in the meantime, let's revisit Thom Yorke's magical dance moves in the "Lotus Flower" video. Because it's glorious.
