Arlequins is a webzine entirely dedicated to Progressive Rock and it puts a special attention over the underground scene.

It started back in 1990 as a fanzine (on paper) and so it lasted until year 2000, through several changes of setting and status (for a period it's even been an official magazine, regularly registered). This is the reason why numbering (see "Archives") restarted anew more than once.

In 1995 Arlequins built its own Internet site, the first one dedicated to Progressive Rock in Italy. In 2000 the paper fanzine definitively left its place to the electronic version.
