Charles Moore had been a member of the Georgia Mass Choir for some 14 years, and when he relocated from Georgia to Bentonville, Arkansas, he began looking for a similar choir to join.
Not finding such a choir, Moore started making inquiries about forming one for the state of Arkansas, and by the spring of 2007 he had assembled the 132-voice Arkansas Gospel Mass Choir. A recording contract with T Records was signed the same year. The label released Hold on for Life in 2008, and followed it with Live to Worship in 2011. ~ Steve Leggett
