Everybody has at least one moment in their lives where anything is possible...
Hmmm....what is there to say? I love life and being active. Everyday is good. Better living through a positive attitude. I'm not rich, by no means, but I make a decent living. I have most everything I need, house, car, ect, and I am not in complete debt to my eyeballs. I want to have something more in this world. Home, happiness, and my dog....what more do you need in this life? I know I have been very vague, so if you have questions, don't hesitate to ask. Let me see if I can cover a couple of things about me (completely random and only when they come up in, repeatedly, in conversation):
1. I am very honest. Almost honest to a fault.
2. I have a 152 I.Q. the sign that I underachieve. ;)
3. I love music. So much in fact that I can name a majority of the songs that hit the billboard charts from 1955-1971. I can cover most genres up to the 90's and some more current.
4. I am stubborn as the day is long.
5. I love to talk. I am known to have conversations that last 3 to 6 hours.
6. I love working. I feel better knowing I've made myself useful. However, 40 hours is enough for me. I like my free time.
7. I am deathly afraid of heights. This didn't stop me from riding some of the largest rollercoasters in the world at Cedar Point.
8. I curse(cuss) like a sailor but can curb it to a point.
9. I don't like to lose. I don't play to lose. So, if you beat me at a game, know that you have actually won. I didn't lose intentionally.
10. I have just about completely cured myself of road rage. All you have to do is turn it off. I'm still the fastest driver I know. It's the addiction to blurred landscape. :)
11. Unfortunately, I purchased a cell phone. The bad part is I can't stand the idea that no matter what I am doing someone can find me. I'm not a doctor. I don't get paid to be on call.
12. I have a dog named Annie. She's 3 years old and just cute as a button. I love her to death. :)
13. I love cartoons. Old Bugs Bunny...ah, I could watch them over and over. In fact, I have.
14. I'm a very "blue jeans and T-shirt" kinda guy. I don't even own a tie, but I suppose I could if I had to.
15. I used to be able to run 3 miles a day. I need to get back into it.
16. I don't wear cologne. It amazes me how a lot of guys practically bathe in the stuff. Yuck.
17. I rarely get bored. I am easily amused and keep myself busy.
18. I don't feel obligated to like everybody I meet. Make no mistake, I won't humor you no matter how pretty you are. Beauty is more than just appearance.
19. I don't look for perfection. "The quest for perfection is an imperfection." ~ Mine. Perfection can be faked. Flaws are real, genuine. These are the things that make people real. They are what I look for in the end. I'm not perfect, I don't expect you to be. Odds are you aren't.
20. I have a partial photographic memory. I don't even know how it works.
21. I'm told that I crack people up. What's funny to me is that I think I am the least funniest of the those I hang out with.
22. Many of the people I hang out with are younger than me. Not too young(21+). It keeps me young. I like the idea that I can have a conversation with someone who is 21 or 51. It makes no difference if it's good conversation.
23. I don't have an accent. I've lived here close to 30 years and still sound like a Yankee. :) Oh well.
24. I usually only talk to one person at a time. I like the idea that I am concentrating on who I am talking to. It's a respect thing. I'm not judging if you are talking to multiple people, it's just something I do. :)
25. I get along well with my family. My mom is one of my best friends. :) If this is a problem, oh well.

An old Cherokee chief was teaching his grandson about life... "A fight is going on inside me," he said to the boy. "It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves. "One is evil - he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, self-doubt, and ego. "The other is good - he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith. "This same fight is going on inside you - and inside every other person, too." The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, "Which wolf will win?"
