Chicago's underground hip-hop group All Natural features Capital D and Tone B. Nimble, the leaders of the city's Family Tree Crew.
They self-released their 1997 single Writers Block and their 1998 debut album No Additives, No Preservatives, which sold over 5,000 copies. All Natural switched to Thrill Jockey for their 2001 follow-up Second Nature, which featured contributions from like-minded artists such as the Molemen, Dug Infinite and No I.D., Lone Catalysts, and Mr. Greenweedz. ~ Heather Phares
