Having traveled the world (over 700 shows in the U.S. and UK), been lucky enough to share some incredible show bills with Norah Jones, The Roots, Zac Brown Band, and Buddy Guy, all while releasing 6 albums, Nackman has established himself as a songwriter, producer, and artist with staying power.

Named an MTV Buzzworthy Artist, an Apple iTunes Indie Spotlight Artist, and lauded by the BBC in London for his "electric fired gems," Nackman has pushed forward without looking back. He has compose and placed music for projects on HBO, NBC, AMC, Bravo, MTV, A&E, Verizon Wireless, Hyundai, Coca-Cola, and films. Drawing influence from The Cure, The Police, Nick Drake, Duran Duran, and Oasis, Nackman combines electronic, folk-rock, new wave, and alternative genres to create a rich and sonically euphoric sound palette.

Alex Nackman is currently writing and recording a new album as well as composing music for television and film. He lives in New York.
