He is an autodidactic guitarist, composer and singer/songwriter from villages Marisol - Oriente (Buenos Aires, Argentina).
In 2003, he played in an instrumental music classic guitar contest around Buenos Aires province (versions of Mark Knopfler's film music songs). It was a great experience for him since he began exploring the possibilities of the guitar. He writes since 2002, but he started recording instrumental landscapes since 2009. He's written around 60 songs.

During 2010, some instrumental home made recordings and improvisations turned into three concept album projects:

He's been working on the first "Alan Bay". Alan have recorded all instruments and have worked as a producer alongside his friend Mauricio Chávez. Mauricio has worked on the album art. This homonimous debut deals with most of the styles Alan plays: Progressive/Symphonic Rock, Ambient, Classic Rock, New Age, Space Rock, Folk, Blues, Reggae and World Music (Celtic, Southamerican, African, etc).

IRIS:

In April 2011, Alan and his friends Darío Gallardo (rhythm guitar and singer), Mauricio Chávez (collaborator as percussionist and singer) Jorge Quero (charango) formed IRIS, a local melodic folk-rock project. They combined ballad, melodic pop/rock, Argentinian folklore, rock, blues, ambient/prog rock and other styles. Sometimes, Alan used to perform some of his instrumentals with his bandmates (www.reverbnation.com/irisoriente). They disbanded in January 2013.
