As the name implies, the Does are a bunch of local hillbillies from Aalborg (9000 being the city's postal code)

with one foot in old-fashioned rock 'n' roll and the other in modern melodic metal – a style they've termed

hillbilly hardcore. The band consists of Tommy Knøs on death-rattling vocals, Thomas Gaje serving a bunch

of infec...ting guitar riffs, Mikkel Clausen laying the groovy bass lines, while Morten Larsen is leading the attack

from behind the drum set.

The band released the EP Dirty Devil Rebel Country Metal in 2008 and the debut album in 2011, but the live

shows are still the first priority to the boys. With their massive experience from earlier bands and lots of

shows all over the country, the Does are sure to deliver a great show and connect with audiences

everywhere. To 9000 john Doe there is only one way ahead and that's down Route 666. Their devil-may-care

attitude and devastating riffing will leave a burning mark whereever they perform.

The combination of a sound like no other band and an unsurpassed stage presence has caused a stir in

The band is endorsed by the Danish brewery, Royal Beer, which included 9000 John Doe in the nationwide

marketing campaign 'TAK ROCK' (thank you, rock). Moreover, the song Joyride has been played

on several occasions by the leading Danish radio channel for alternative music, DR P6 BEAT.
